Can anyone help us identify little boo die here? Is she a she and what kind of chick is she?

Little blondie is so much smaller than her flock mates. Do you think that means it's a hen? What kind is she?

A better picture of her feather's (I know she hardly has any, but still) would help. From what I can see, she looks like a Rhode Island Red, but again better pictures of her wings would help. It is too early to determine gender yet, wait until she feathers out and gets a little comb/wattle development.
