Little chicks mortality

I have few hens recently all my hens hatch chicks
Those was fine until 2,3 weeks
Then sick ,drop their wings , stomach swelling ,lose weight
Finally died

Till 20 chicks are died
As same

-ACV regular
-antibiotic regular
- good food regular
-nice bedding regular

But

Mortality happend to me
Few more ready to die

So sorry about your chicks! Are they free range? Could they have eaten something bad?

Where you giving antibiotics?

The belly looks pus/scabbed...which could mean infection inside the chick.
Are you in the US? If not do you know of a place that can perform a necropsy for you?

Yes free range

But I'm sure they eat best food

And I add grains , mealwarm,maggot

But my little chicks r died

My mean
It's under need
We give 5 days antibiotic power for month as prevention method

If it stick sick 2 more days on that's mean 7 days

We are panic about viral disease
That's why we use antibiotic's


And ACV as need to 20 time for month

For only reasons digesting

I give good food mealwarm,tiny grains,
As it's need

The bedding was arrange as need to

And I also provide best heat support to them


And I don't know about necropsy

Can you tell us where you live - are you in the US or another country?
What antibiotic are you using?
What is the feed that you are giving-can you tell us the ingredients? If you are giving things besides chick starter, do your chicks have grit?
How is your brooder set-up?

I see swelling of both leg joints too? Are the chicks able to walk?
