I candled our eggs last night(day 5), and couldn't see anything... in any of them... no veins, no shadow an embryo, nothing... admittedly, my maglight isn't the brightest flashlight, but it worked well enough last year... should I wait another week(or get a brighter light) before giving up hope...

I would wait until at least day 10 I use a mag light as well and often it's hard to see the veining but I can definitely see the babies moving around as they get bigger.

Yes, I agree. Give it a few days with a dull light for sure
