Little Ducklings!

I was out walking my dogs this morning at our local dam and I saw the most wonderful thing! A little group of ducklings...there hasn't been ducks there for over 5yrs, the last group got lifted by ravens. I will have to keep an eye on them!

Awh!! That is so great to hear!
I too havn't seen any duckling in my dam for over 4 years and about a month ago there they were....8 of them following their parents. They have grown so much since i first saw them, they return to my dam maybe once a week

It's lovely to see! Especially now we know how hard it is for ducklings to survive! Must try and get a pic so I can figure out what type they are!
