It doesn’t worry me I’d just like to know what it means, does it have something to do with the ducks gender? Because I don’t know my ducks genders

Can you post a photo? Is it a small little worm looking thing just above the tail?
If so it's the oil gland/preen gland and is totally normal.
Otherwise we will need photos to tell.

I really badly wanna know their genders, I’ll send a pic of both ducksI have to agree with chickendreams, it's probably the preening gland. Won't be able to tell gender from this though sadly. Though if you can get some pics of your ducks we may be able to see if we can tell!
