The adult looks like a hen. What does the little one sound like? Does it quack loud?

The little one makes light chirps, i’d Send a video but no matter what length video I try to send it doesn’t let me, I literally cut it so short the vid Was 2 seconds and it still didn’t let me send

Muscovies won't quack.
If you take a pic of them standing, their leg girth will tell us more. However, since you only have one little one, you will probably need to wait longer on it.
The other one does look female. As well, they kind of peep even as adults and males hiss. Is the older one laying any eggs?
Clear pictures would be helpful.

My Muscovies are usually between 8-9 months old before they begin to lay they will say hatch this year lay next they are slow to mature. I have read of other members having scovies that lay at 5 months but none of mine have ever laid the same year they hatched.

Wheezing and huffing? If by that you mean hissing, then most likely a Male.
