Little fuzzy lump near my ducks tail

My Muscovies are usually between 8-9 months old before they begin to lay they will say hatch this year lay next they are slow to mature. I have read of other members having scovies that lay at 5 months but none of mine have ever laid the same year they hatched.

I forgot from prior posts how old her muscovy was.

Wheezing and huffing? If by that you mean hissing, then most likely a Male.
I can't post right now, but go to you tube - they have vids of males vs females sounds for muscovies.

It is an oil gland. I got scared when I saw one pop up on my ducks then realized it was the oil gland...been there done that. Hope you find out the genders of your little ducks.

The little one??? If it is the little one then he/she is not mature yet. You will start to hear the sounds of a female scovy soon tho. Hoping it is a girl for you!!!!!

my neighbors have lots of females and they do not make that noise, itlooks like a hen!
