If you have a 9300 with old style thermostat sensor on a plastic sheet. Call customer support and get the new style sensor that hangs from the ceiling. It’s in a black mesh disc about the size of a silver dollar. The problem is when chicks start hatching they crawl all over everything and if their sitting on top of it. Your temp will spike to 109 degrees like mine and my friends has. Killing everything. They are aware of the problem and sent me one out for free.
