Thanks for the replies. I was trying to hatch some Easter Egger eggs. At the time of collecting it was cold and I don't think many of them were fertile. Right now I am incubating 28 duck eggs and 9 chicken eggs (brown no green). My humidity has not gotten above 40, and I have these in a Little Giant 9300 forced heat air fan. My temp is ranging from 99-101. Today is day four and so far what I am seeing is promising. My last batch the egg shells were so dark, or most of them were, that no matter what light I used it was hard to see but I candles day 10, 14, and 18. All the eggs I have now are light enough I can see easily. I think it was a mixture of non fertile eggs and humidity to high. I also made sure to recalibrate my hygrometer before putting this batch in the incubator. I also plan to shift the eggs in the incubator on day 8 or 10 from outside in to ensure all are getting accurate temperature. I am dry incubating right now
