There is a fan that is sold specifically that plugs in inside the LG incubator. You might be able to do your own fan inside.

Don’t laugh at me but do y’all add a small fan inside the incubator or outside beside it?

There is a fan that is sold specifically that plugs in inside the LG incubator. You might be able to do your own fan inside.

In mine the steps were, unscrew whole heating unit, super glue the top where you see the litte squares, wait until the glue is FULLY DRY. (I didn't and I had a Time getting mine put back together.) Put fan in, put the modified top that came with it back on, plug the fan into a plug in the top. Screw everything back into the top. That is just basic instructions though to get more detail you'd have to read the instructions that came with it
