Little Giant failed with 3 days to go!

oh my! sounds like both our hatches had the same *chill*- let me know if you do get some chicks and I am still keeping my fingers crossed. the LG did not shoot up to 104F last night and is only at 99F this morning but improved from the past few days. Humidity is near 70%....

I checked this morning. The ducks were at a low of 98.6 after being 100 last night and the humidity is about 65%. The six eggs in the chicken incubator had it warmer and about the same in humidity. I have to shake my head about it. All I needed was one more week of warm, humid weather.

Edit: I need to add that unless I have wolves in the walls, I heard something from the duck incubator last night. It's a little early, though.

the prayers worked and I have one chick out and one coming.... these are my eggs from my rooster and hen, Unfortunately none of my hatching eggs have pipped and look like they may not

but I have two!!! my daughter is thrilled and so am I

Yay! I've been hoping for you!

It looks like I have 2 of 6 on the chicken eggs that I had incubating. 3 pipped but one didn't make it to hatch because the humidity fell overnight. Of the other two, I had to help one out completely because the membrane pretty much had him mummy wrapped.

The two ducklings that were pipped a couple of nights ago hatched yesterday. One in the morning and one in the evening. I am still watching the duck and goose eggs.
