Little giant incubator help

I have the exact same incubator. To get 40-50% only fill water channel number 2. Then for higher humidity fill 2 and 3 for 60+ humidity.
Don't fill all channels! You will drown the chicks you incubate!
From my experience with the Little Giant incubator, these Humidity's worked best with almost 85% hatch rates!
Chickens: 45-50% for first 17 days. For lock down 18+ days is best for 55-65%
Ducks: 55-60% for 24 days. For Lock Down Days 25+ 65-75%
Quails: ;40-50% for 16 days. For lock down 17+ days 50-55%

I am trying to hatch my 2nd batch in incubator. I think I drowned my first ones. They were pretty far along, but none hatched. I filled all channels again. I have 3 hygrometers in there and they are all so different. Should I take the water out? Humidity is running around 54%. It's only day 7, so hopefully they'll be okay.
