Little Giant incubator/humidity issues

I’ve just gotten a little giant and have since put some chicken eggs in, I’m aware that the humidity and temp gauges are off. Though I have gotten my temp right, the humidity is still at 90%. How would I go about lowering it?

The RH is 90% on a different meter also?

That humidity would have the viewing windows dripping water. I highly doubt it's that high.

Rh is adjusted by the surface area of water inside the incubator. It should have different water wells of varying size. You fill only the ones you need for the proper RH.

The humidity shows that it's at 50% on the incubator itself, maybe the humidity on my gauge is broken? I'm afraid the incubator is just not at the right RH, should probably get another if thats whats going on.
