Today I started up my incubator. I do not have an egg Turner. I noticed in the directions it said to set at 99.5 with egg Turner but to set to 103.5 if you don't have egg Turner to make up for difference.of temp since the eggs will be further away. Has anyone set their to 103.5 before? This seems high to me. Help! Eggs go in tomorrow!

You need another thermometer for this brand for sure. I have one and have just lost half my hatching batch. My other thermometers are reading 3-5 degrees lower than the little giant.

Assuming that you didn't add a fan, still air units are generally recommended to run at 101.5...and with the Little Giant's temperature fluctuations (I had a 9300, briefly), I personally wouldn't run it at 103.5 because that would leave very little "wiggle room" if the temperature increases unexpectedly.

Actually, just seeing a reading on a reliable independent thermometer of 103.5 would cause this -->

The Indepent thermometers are reading 99-99.5

Still air or circulation...... I would stick to 99 degrees whatever it is! ENOUGH with the high heat!!! Lawd have mercy on the embryos!

Agree totally, in fact mine was preset and I didn't fiddle with it at all.
Three successful hatches and setting up for number four as we speak.
If your temp is a wee bit low your hatch will just be a day or so off, too high they cook. No fiddling 99.5 right now and they hatch on time.:)

Are you using a Little Giant 9300 too?
Does the temperature hold steady after you adjust for the incorrect reading on the display?
