Little Giant Incubator Temp Question

All the eggs are cold. But the thermostat is reading 104. I felt the heat coils and they are cold probably because the thermostat is reading 104

I have 2 little giants forced air
You can purchase the little probe for readings
Maybe yours is not working
Your eggs shouldn’t be cold at that temp
I got bator at Pevy mart and that’s who I ordered my spares from
