little giant waters adjustment??

I use these and really like them,my problem is I'm plumbing new pen and 4 of the waters fill to 1/2'' below the lip of the bowl,the other 4 fill about 1 1/2'' below the bowl lip.how do I adjust the 4 to raise the water level? And no it is not a water pressure problem becuse I have waters at the end of the run that fill to the top.

The best thing to do is keep them on a very flat surface, that way the water will flow evenly all around and fill higher. LG waterers are very nice but prone to obnoxious problems!

You kind of lost me on this they are hanging waters. They are hung by 3/4 pvc pipe and the last foot I use hose just to make cleaning them faster,instead of unhooking the bowl to clean I just tip them over.
HELP???
