You can't really see the blue in the feathers, but it is there. I am trying to identify the gender and breed of this one. Thanks!

I think that's a rooster not sure on the breed though.

Thanks. I am fairly sure it is a rooster but wanted confirmation before I re-homed. Him. I can't have roosters in the city.

It is definitely a cockerel and looks like a Welsummer to me
