Little red spots on comb that bleed

Our 5 month old Roo has little red spots on the tips of his comb and in his wattle that bleed. His dad had that for a while last year, and we wonder if that's some kind of chicken pox for chickens, or what? Has anybody seen that before?

I dont know how to post a pic. Could somebody tutor me?

There is a disease called fowl pox, but the comb lesions are black.

Mr. Meatbird is his name, born in February. He's a beautiful, tiny little rooster, about the size of a yorkshire terrier. His dad is a Silkie. It seems like the red dots bleed if he's running around all excited or if he's getting pecked at by his elders.
