Little reds

My two Rhode Island reds are two months old. A raccoon looked in their window and now they won't come out of the pen. What can I do for them, I covered the window, now what?

Welcome. What kind of protection do they have after they are out of the coop? If the raccoon is looking at them through the window of their coop, then their run is not secure. Their run around the coop needs to be made of 1/2 inch hardware cloth on all sides including an 18-inch apron.
