Little wounds on around eye and comb? Shutting eyes, seems sick?

We picked up 5 maran chickens that are a few months old a few days ago. This is our first flock. All seem fine except one. She has tiny wounds around one eye and on her comb, and she keeps pulling one leg up and shutting her eyes like she's tired.

I watched a video on impacted crop and so I checked for that. I don't think she has it, feels the same as the others. She was certainly easier to catch than the other chickens.

Any advice?

Yes! Here are some pictures.

She also isn't roosting at night. She's the only one on the ground when I open up in the morning.

If it does have it, be sure to isolate it from the rest of the flock and get it to a vet so they can give it antibiotics. Also give her some apple cider vinegar.
