Oh okay, yes, I see. That's the risky things about poultry shows. My mom is good about Bio Security. She holds the cage, I take out the bird and put it in the cage. She never touches it to the floor. And when we get home, we set the cages out in the front yard to kill any germs (when the sun comes out) Also if the bird is not looking "the best" you can put sheets of paper inbetween the cages. One more thing: Younger chickens are easier targets to catch disease, when they are older the usually don't get many bad diseases. I totally understand. I went to a poultry show once, and I heard that the year before some chickens were stolen right from the cage. (I stopped going to that show, I always got sick afterwards)
