Approximate almost four year old hen. She is eating and drinking and has been on Nystatin for suspected sour crop now for five days. Also been giving her probiotics.

Stool looks ok.

She has been mostly keeping on eye closed. I've been giving her Tobramycin drops in that eye for two days. No difference. The eye appears to have bubbles in the inner corner (see pic)

She also seems more tired than normal, although she generally slows down in cold weather and temps went down today from what it's been. (Upper 50s and low 60s to a high of 28)

My flock was suspected to have mycoplasma a long time ago. Should I treat with Tylosin powder?

If so, should I treat the whole flock ? Should I continue the Nystatin? (Crop was empty the last two days)

Her crop is emptying overnight correct? I think you can give the Nystatin for up to 7 days, so you can decide to continue for another couple of days or stop at 5 days.

I'd make sure she's eating well and drinking. Give some probiotics or a little quality plain yogurt.

Since she's the only one showing possible symptoms of MG with the bubbly eyes, then only treat her. Tylosin is a good choice.

Flush the eye with saline, remove any debris or pus. Tobramycin can be helpful, you can also try using Original Neosporin in the eye.

Yes, her crop is now emptying overnight. She also had some possible signs of yeast around her rear end and have been putting Monistat on that.

As of this morning, I don't see any eye bubbles and she's opening it a bit more. I had not yet started her on Tylosin. Should I hold off? Maybe it was just something purely eye related?
