Littles relaxing in nest box?

I found one of my littles sleeping in a nest box, so I took to blocking them off at night. I forgot last night. I looked in this morning when I opened up, and nobody was in the box, so I think I made my point.

Now, if only they would roost at night, instead of their huddle cuddle in the corner...

Do you have room to make them a "practice" roost? One that is about 6 inches high. My girls enjoyed learning to hop up and down on theirs.
