Live chick in quail egg day 21

Hello everyone.

First time hatching quail eggs. I've had 20 eggs hatch (out of 80) by day 20. This morning (day 21) I had one chick hatch. Didn't see any movement in the rest of the eggs for the last few days. I did the float test from this group and three more eggs have live chicks in them (most of the egg sinks and then wobbles) . My question is, should i wait and allow them to pip the egg and hatch or should i assist by pipping the shell? If no, how long should i wait?

I have courtaix on day 22 and they just starting to zip now id leave a little longer try not to assist make sure humidy high enough
