Local Mill in Mendocion County?

I am look for a mill to save money on feed cost but can not find one anywhere around where I live in Mendocino County! Does anyone know of a supplier of bulk chicken feed or ingredients to make my own? Thanks so much!

Hey there, This might be too late but I heard Petaluma has a mill and sells by the ton. It works out to be $13/pound +/-.
