Location of coop?

We're thinking of putting the coop up close to the house... is that not a good idea? also, there is a dryer vent near there........

Both of ours are close to the trailer...it makes it easy to run electric to them and its easy for watering too!

I had mine next to the house for a few months until I just
moved them into my new barn/shed. It was great to have them
close by. We had no problems.

Check your local codes. Most towns require chickens to be
a certain distance, usually at least 50 feet, from any house.
