I woke up today to two more external pips...one of them had little pieces of shell poked out laying on the bottom of the incubator - but the hole is on the bottom!!! Is that bad?? Should I flip it over with a straw??? We can hear pecking...I am going crazy.

6/8 have pipped, but no zipping yet... I am going crazy. I have heard with ducks it can take up to 48 hours and my first pipper is probably up to 36 already!!!

Nope. never hatched them before. they take 24 days so if you set them a few days early they should be good. i am incubating mine at the same temp. and my humidity has been about 60% because they are in my basement, but i heard the guineas need more humidity because they have harder shells, and they definitely do! UPDATE : i have had 2 guineas hatch and no external pips from the remaining 12 guineas, 24 ringnecks, or 1 turkey. i hear some chirping but im not sure which egg it is coming from.
 
mine arent really due until tomorrow, but guineas are known to sometimes hatch early, and 2 hatched
