1. No not going to hurt them. Hens get off the nest all the time.
2. I believe it’s actually good to leave chicks in the incubator during hatch. It seems they stimulate the others not yet out of the shell. I also don’t worry moving them around either. Plus it keeps them warm and dries them out.
3. You can but losing humidity on a popping or hatching egg isn’t good. Patience is virtue. Just let them hatch.
