My first hatch...I've got quite a few clear eggs, no fetus, nothing...compared to the eggs that are dark on 7/8 of the egg and a bit clear on the end.

Before I do lockdown tonight, do I take out the clear ones???

Exploding eggs is typically caused by bacteria that grows inside or if an embryo starts and dies during incubation. Eggs that are not developing should be removed just to be safe.

seems like common sense...I guess if any are iffy, I'll keep them in but maybe at the other end of the incubator.

So a BIG question...they have been in the bator for 18 days now with the fat side up, when you take them out of the turner and on their sides for the last three days, do they have a hard time adjusting????

Never had an egg explode that did not smell an bubble green. They give you warning.

I smell the incubator daily an if I smell something I smell each egg an chunk any that smell and/or bubble green.
