I'm am locking down today but I was told that I could put napkins in the bottom to help with clean up the napkins soaked up some of the water and the humidity is now at like high the hygrometer is sitting on top of the napkins and so are the eggs is it ok for them to get wet from the napkins or should I remove them or remove them and hangs them to dry napkins?

I would take the napkins out. I use a wet sponge. You do not want your eggs getting wet at this point.

Lots of people use napkins/paper towel in the bator. (I use the rubber shelf liner found at the dollar stores.) Unless there's condensation in the bator, I wouldn't worry too much about humidity being to high. I hatch at 75% and it often goes up to 80-90% during hatch. Now, if the eggs are sitting in wet/on wet surface you might want to replace the napkin. If it's just damp, I personally wouldn't worry too much. I actually use a damp paper towel around eggs that I am in the process of assisting when I assist. If the napkins aren't continuing to "wick" up water from the wells, they will most likely dry out from the heat anyway. At least my experience has been that they dry out.
