Joe...leave that plug IN now. Each time a chick hatches your humidity will jump but thats ok. Don't let it drop down or you risk other chicks that have pipped getting stuck!!

Geeze-oh-Pete, I just walked in there, looked, and there's a third one on the rubber mat. I had just looked for zipping about 20 minutes before and there was none. This one just popped out of NOWHERE!
