Lockdown in 2 days

@ Northern....that's awesome! They can take quite a while to get out so just be patient. Keep up your room humidity. The incubator will spike when they hatch out bc they are wet chicks...it's natural though.

I think my longest was 28 hours from pip to out...!

Thanks! The company and the support makes it easier to resist the urge to help! I guess my little ones have decided they aren't coming out of those eggs until their actual due date!

Absolutely! It's not uncommon to take 12 hours or even more...!!! I have never been one of those lucky ones who wake up to eyes staring at me in the incubator. Some people are just that lucky. I would get so excited I watched them until my eyes crossed!

Yep! That's me! Hubby keeps asking me if I'm gonna sit there all night staring at eggs. Didn't tell him I was thinking about it.

Lol...I don't blame you! It's an exciting time. Soon life will be running around your incubator...

That's better than the alternative. If you had asked me at 7:30 this morning, I would have claimed I was sure I had killed them all. Hoping by the end of tomorrow that's not the case.

Ps..that little original blue egg, that chick seems to have decided to make a dent in his egg and he's finally putting sone little chips in it.
