Lockdown question

Should I lockdown the incubator at the beginning of the 18day or end? End of the 18th day will be tomorrow at 4pm starting the 19th day.

I always do it after 18 days. So at the end of the 18th day. (I'm 99% sure I read that when I was first starting out, and it's always seemed to work for me.)
