Today is day 18 for our 2018 hatch, do we need to candle after removing the turning trays or just let it go since we’re almost at hatching day. Will I risk the humidity level down?

I would just let them sit. But it’s up to you, there’s nothing to risk occasional humidity drops are only natural as a hen will get off the nest quite frequently. The only reason to candle at this point is to make sure they don’t explode on you.

If you have candled them before (day 14 or so) and are sure that all are progressing as they should, then you probably dont need to do it again. I like to candle right before lockdown just to be absolutely sure that everyone is coming along, but it is not necessary. IMHO
