Lockdown when you stag incubate?

Hello
I have been incubating eggs for several years but this is the first time I am stag incubating- in the same incubator.
My question is five eggs are 3-4 days later then the other seven. I did mark them.
What do I do about lockdown?
I appreciate the advice.

Lockdown as normal with the oldest eggs.
Staggered incubation is risky but they're not too far behind.
