I have a question about different ways to handle eggs during the lockdown. I thought I read some where that you can place the eggs in an egg carton to keep them solid so they don't roll around when the others hatch. I've always just placed the eggs on their sides since I was a little kid but I'm always up to trying something new. Also I have the humidity at 67% is that good?

Humidity is fine... Just not below 65...

And that is merely out of preference and incubator. One reason is due to still air incubators and turners.. The temp isn't as warm when you remove the turner and lay the eggs on their side... So you have two options... egg cartons, or elevating the screen they hatch on... egg cartons are easier...

With a fan, you can do either without detrimental effects...
