Is lockdown when you stop turning the eggs? And if so, when should you start to lockdown?

Oh Alright, so tonight is my 18th day and I just turned them. Do I leave them alone in the morning?
I stop turning on the 18th day. My chicks always come out a day early so my final turn is on day 17.
