LOCKDOWN!!

And read as much as you can. Take advice and use it. And watch some videos. I think that helped me the most being able to visualize what others were telling me.
And realize that every hatch isn't going to go textbook style. Just be diligent and pay close attention to what the bator and your eggs are telling you.

we've got our first chick!!! Woke up at 3am to chirping and brought my mom, dad, and brothers in my room to watch it hatch! All of the little chicks in here's mom was killed a couple weeks ago so it was pretty cool to see her little mini-me's. As far as I can tell it's a partridge silkie just like his/her mom!
