Torpedoes away!! Hope things 'round out' with 'practice'. I have a Marans that lays torpedo eggs, they eat fine but don't hatch worth a darn.

My two Marans pullets have just started laying, and one of the first eggs was just like that. In my eight+ years of keeping chickens, I’ve never seen an egg like it. Maybe it’s a Marans’ thing!
