lonely bantam?

I just recently rescued a silkie bantam and trying to find another to keep her company but no luck . Will she be happy being alone through the winter? I dont want to put just any old chicken in with her due to her being so sweet and docile and small. Dont know anything about chickens but would like to get more of this breed next spring when I have more time to build a bigger, better coop. Just want to make sure to keep her happy, I feel bad she is alone.

I would keep her in the house but the man of the house would kill me, lol. He already puts up with my 3 dogs
I recently got a Buff hen and they are doing well together so far, both 5 months old.
I live in Upper Michigan and want to get into getting more silkies in the spring, any one know of a good trusted supplier of silkies I can get from?
