I gotta say, EXTREMLY hard to find any good Mexican food up here in the arctic. There is nothing like some good Tex Mex.

Yeah most of our family lives in Colorado, we make it a point not to eat their "Tex-Mex" or microwave tamales or frozen taquitoes or whatever the heck they call that junk.

my sister lived in Dallas for a few years---she took me out for pizza once when I was visiting---almost got thrown out when this Yankee said out loud "ey call this pizza?"
