Long combs normal?!

It can be normal and probably is for yours but it wouldn't hurt to check that she is getting lots of fresh, clean water. Dehydration can show up in their combs.

As I said, Mediterranean breeds (except buttercups) have large combs and hens' combs are supposed to flop over to one side. Leghorns are Mediterranean.
If the comb bothers them, the comb has been bothering them for hundreds of years.
If it bothers you, you can dub the comb a bit but if you are in a hot climate, I would advise against it.
