I also got some current pics of my fishes earlier tonight.
The pink paper backing
pus a bit of a colored cast on everything in a photo (its fine in real life, fishies like their sparkly hearts
) so they arent perfect photos.. but I got one of Glitter releasing eggs (her turn today apparently) and some eggs on the bottom... along with the vertical bars that shows shes interested in Firefly... and some other pictures... The other fishes and banana plants that are attached to all their parts (though Im sure Danielles will grow and shell have 2!) and some snails cruising around
I'll have to have Danielle name them for me
Danielle! Is that a bubblenest I see? You didnt tell me Monty blew a bubblenest! You should be really proud of him
and tell him what a big, strong boy he is to produce so much spit
and arrange it in a work of art
Did you give him an Almond leaf peice? He wants an almond leafie!
Tell him he can have some yummy vitamins in a few weeks... it says on the site that invertebrates benefit too
So thats just wonderful (sarcasm) that we can both have vitamin enriched snails
And your tank is plenty big enough! A whole gallon is way more than hes used to, anyway. Most males are rasied in 1/4 to 1/2 gallon containers.. which is perfectly adequate for them. Its only those little vases and tiny pet store cups that are really bad
But then.. that wall hanging tank does *look* tiny too... I wonder if its really a gallon as it says? I think they're fibbing! Just compare how much more room Monty has for swimming to that red veiltail in the wall thing.
