I see this thread has kinda gone off topic, but in response to the original post:

I have so many friends overseas. There used to be a big group of us, nowadays we've all moved off: some to different cities, some, like me, to different countries.

I don't think there are two of us originals left in the same place anymore

I keep in regular touch with one of them, we're still very good friends, and another one I talk with sometimes. It's hard moving, but I've found new people here too, as I'm sure the others all have.

Oh, and I used to have fish. Mildred and Gertie

We had to give them to one of the aforementioned friends when we moved

Brother now wants a betta fish too and wants the same tank because it has lights

Secretariat was an AWESOME movie.
Reminded me of Stormi. She'd just run her little heart out, even if I wasn't pushing her to do so.
I'm also pretty sure she paid attention to the time to beat. Lol.
She'd stand at the rail with her ears up and watch every single horse run before her.
She was so smart.
