After this weekend, I'm going on a diet.
So I'm eating a whole bunch now because I can't have anything yummy then.

you should allow yourself one treat a week.. that way you don't 'fall off the wagon' persay.. like most people do when they restrict themselves from treats like chocolate.. they binge on it

Best diet i think is the LOW GI diet or just eating healthily and reducing your portions and having a bit more protein with your meals

as protein makes u feel fuller for longer. None of those 'fad' diets that cut out complete food groups.
 
Low GI? Never heard of it.
I don't really eat much meat, but I did buy steaks today.

I might just start taking my medicine more regularly so I'm not hungry and then not eat a lot.
Maybe one or two snacks a day.
