Long Distance Friendships :-(

I was never like that

But i always have been more mature than most my age in certain ways...e.g i hate parties and refuse to go partying lol

Lol. It's like a fake IP address I think. I just remember using them in high school so I could get on sites that were blocked.
Go Google 'proxy' and you might get lucky and find one they haven't blocked.

We must be very similar. I have never been to a party in my life, and am shocked when I hear the stories from my school mates about the drinking and pashing that goes on!

I don't know if I'll even have the will to go to my formal afterparty in year 12

And.... I dunno, not many people take school seriously, they take it as something just to get through as a stepping stone before they can get on with their big glamorous careers.

When I went on holiday to China, my friend sent me a link that would let me access Facebook through a Dutch server. That was great fun.

I only spend my holidays here (I get pretty much endless internet at school, and nothing is blocked anymore. The teachers figured out that kids were going on www.www.facebook.com during class and gave up

LOL. Well I was really happy just the way I was up until I was 18. Before that I was homeschooled and spent most everyday, all day home by myself... in weird cities and stuff...

But when I turned 18 and made a couple friends at my first job... *then* the whole idea of acting like people expected you to got insinuated somewhere in my brain without my realising where it came from. Its funny how things like that happen.
But anyways.. I already had a car, and apartment, a job, and a boyfriend and the whole shebang... I just suddenly started thinking it wasn't OK to act silly or wear my mismatched socks... one pink striped and the other with little froggies and green clovers

Not that I ever followed popular wardrobe.. hehehehehe!

Now I think I'm soooo much sillier than I ever was as a 10 year old

Back then I was a tomboy... now I like my glitter

What's being homeschooled like? I don't think I could stand not having someone to share my experience at school with

I've made some very good friends there: we're the bunch of weird ones, who haven't fitted in with any of the regular cliches.

I used to be the biggest tomboy. I had a boy's hair cut, I nicknamed myself with a guy's name... etc.etc.etc. Even my best friends were all boys up until my parents signed me up for Leeds Girls' High

I just love wearing socks.

Our socks end up in weird places, we're pretty messy people, so I usually just stick on any clean ones i can find: it's not like people will be able to see udner my trackies
