If he said that.. he probably just wants your temp to be stable before you come in so he can take it.

The hours they give are meant to fully digest a big meal... so if you just have a small one late it will be gone before it matters

What kind do you use?
I've tried two different kinds that are frozen and I just have to put in the sauce and it cooks them.
Only one of them I liked. I don't remember what they were called.. but if I saw the package I'd know.

You actually do much better than me because I need at least 10 and sometimes 12 hours of full sleep or else I breathe fire and glare from the moment I get up until I can go back to sleep again

Oh no, I need 10 or more hours of sleep usually. Lol.
I'll probably still be really whiney when I get up.

Then during the day I'll be super sleepy, and then come home and pass out.
