Long Distance Friendships :-(

It's almost been an hour!
I'm getting antsy.

Well, perhaps we'll all meet in "hell" when apparently the world is going to be destroyed along with all remaining "sinners" on October 21st!

Those guys are crazy.
I'd like a car next year when I can get my license. They're changing laws or somethin', moved the driving age up one year.
he.gif
Oh well, patience is a virtue, like they say. I just hate public transport.

The parties I go to have always been nice ones, where the group of us go to the beach and back to Birthday Girl's house for a long chat and a feed of her lizard, with barbecue snacks and such stuff.
caf.gif

Aww, stuff people who can't deal with duckiness! Duckiness rules!
old.gif

That make-your-own fruit juice was awesome though. They have trays of all sorts of fruit, you pick however many you want and the worker will put them in a blender and mash it all up for you into whatever size cup you pay for. My friend got everything on display, including the watermelon and the pear. ...
I stuck with orange and rock melon. Play it safe
tongue.png

When I got a little older, I just went out with my close friends and we had a little party of our own.
No need for 20+ people for a birthday party. My little brother always has those.
roll.png

My boyfriend is a butthead sometimes. That's alright, he lets me bring my duckies into the room, and he even has a specific area for them.
smile.png

Oh! I love mailtrucks too! He bought me a little one for my birthday one year. It has the little sliding door, and if you pull it back, it'll "drive" itself.

So the make-your-own fruit juice thing was only $10?
I'd like to have one of those. Is it easy to use?

Yeah, like I said, haven't had a party since I was 11. Seriously, I feel like it's just another normal day! Nothing special whatsoever. The party I described before was my friend's 15th, in March. She lives a stone's throw from one of this city's best beaches.
love.gif
The water was divine.

I wonder if I'll ever have a boyfriend. I don't get out, and I go to an all girls school. I was always popular with the guys as a kid, but when they hit puberty something happens to guys and they go all macho on us.
hmm.png
But like I said, I need to get out more. I usually spend my weekends working or on the internet.
caf.gif

Mailtrucks? Haven't heard of them before, but they sound entertaining
tongue.png

It was $4. I bought red bean buns and a packet of Grain Waves too... love those things.
droolin.gif

It was a shop at the mall. You just point out what fruits you want and the assistant will mash 'em up for you into a drink.

This is a mailtruck, I'll get a picture of my little one that he got me sometime.

I might have to go look for one of those juice things. I bet it'll be about $30 or something here.
Everything is over-priced here.

Maybe the tests take quite a while.

Maybe, but I'm still worried. Haven't gotten a single text.

I've been with my boyfriend for a couple years.
You've got no reason to want to hurry to get one. Most of them are buttheads. Lol.
I'm just kidding, I really like mine. He is a butthead though.

Yeah, I guess everything will come in its own time. Perhaps I am destined to be single.

It's weird how being friends with someone lets you look over their bad traits. Classic example: I drifted apart from a good friend of mine a few years ago, nowadays all the things I found friendly and quirky about her now just annoy the jeepers creepers out of me.

Oh, I see. Like a model of an actual truck.
lol.png
The trucks we get here are red. Classic British mailbox colour, I guess some things never really lost their British connection
tongue.png

Everything is overpriced everywhere. Oh, back in the day when you could go down to the shops and buy something decent with five dollars!

Just trying to look on the positive side, but perhaps phones could interfere with all that fancy equipment they have in there?

Here's some of my duckies.
There's some little ones that are hidden behind the one laying down. They're sitting in the big one's lap.
The others are in storage. Plus, I have tons of tiny little duck figurines.
The one is actually a platypus, but my little brother thought it was a duck, and there's a stuffed walrus up there too.

Here's a duckie thing my brother got my for my 19th birthday.
It "stands" up..

IMAG1062.jpg

It's also a pillow!

IMAG1063.jpg

Here's my duckie robe.

IMAG1064.jpg

Here's a duckie blanket.

IMAG1065.jpg

Oh, and here's my tiny mailtruck.

IMAG1061.jpg

I couldn't find my duckie pajama pants. I think they're in the washer.

Oh, amazing! So many ducks! *eyes swim*

The things about the walrus made me laugh though
lau.gif
Oh, I'm sure I can remember a number of absolutely ridiculous stuffed animals I used to have (sorry about lack of photos on my part, the camera doesn't work too well and I've lost its USB cord
tongue.png
). I DID have a large duck once upon a time that donned a little nappy and sang the ABC song.

Haha! I just took these pictures with my phone.
My boyfriend had left the room, and when he came back I had just turned off the light and sat back down, and he was like, "What were you doing?.."
I said, " *looks at him and smiles an innocent smile* Taking pictures of my duckies and the mailtruck.. *smiles again* "
Then he was like, "Why?.." And I was like, "To show my friends on my forum."
lol.png

Then he said, "So you're showing your forum friends how weird you are?"
I said, "Yup!"
cool.png

He then just laughed and sat back down to play his video game.

I'm really not weird. Lol. I just like to collect weird things.
roll.png

Weird hobbies make weird people!
old.gif

And weird people are the spice of life. I couldn't imagine NOT being weird, I've just gotten so used to it over the years.

Video games... that's what guys are into, huh? I used to be a video game freak. Probably why my eyesight is so bad now
