Black hair and pale skin always go good together. That's why people think mine is natural. I'm basically a ghost. Lol.
Once my roots start coming in (which they need to be taken care of now) people know it's fake.

In the background (of the picture), you can see an ambulance leaving the fairgrounds.. My mom was inside.
She was washing our 3 year old mare and she freaked out and smashed her up against the cement wall, busting her head open.
All while I was about to go run my class.. I had no idea. The ambulance pulled in literally as I was being called to go in.
I ran my class, knew I won (because I was last), and then everyone was congratulating me and one of my friends ran over and was like, "Danielle! Have you heard about your mom?"
I instantly quit smiling and was like, "No, what about her?.." Then she was like, "That ambulance is about to take her. Here, I'll take Stormi."
So I handed her off and ran all the way back to the ambulance. There was blood everywhere and my mom on a stretcher.
She was conscious, so I went to talk to her. She was like, "I'll be okay. Have you ran yet?"
I was almost crying and replied with, "Yeah, and I won." Then of course we had a tiny celebration behind the ambulance really quick. Lol.
I ended up getting a little made up award that my club does. I got the "I Won!" award.
Basically for telling my mom I won while she was about to die. Haha!
She was alright, by the way. She just got a couple stitches.
