Making spreadsheets are going to be the main thing you'll need to know how to do really well. You'll have to do a Managerial Accounting class and trust me, it's ALL spreadsheets.
Really REALLY boring stuff. Not only that you have to learn a bunch of terms that are basically the same thing, but aren't and be able to tell the difference and use them to make your spreadsheets.
I'm super glad I'm done with both of the Accounting classes. I hated them so much.

Accounting is that bad?
I'm pretty good with numbers, and I thought dealing with money wouldn't be so bad.... I guess I'm wrong!

I'm not sure i will have to do accounting type stuff in my Business admin class, as its not even though a uni/(college as you call them)
its a Vocational Class (im in grade 11) that is acreddited through CIT (TAFE)

My major was originally Accounting for that same reason.
It seriously is NOT something that I wanted to do every day for the rest of my life.
You may like it, but it wasn't for me. Too boring and complicated.

Nicola, it does say that COMP 365 is "produce spreadsheets" so you'll have to deal with them anyways.

Plus the last two classes are Accounting classes. ACCT 232 and 231, but doing the accounts payable and receivable aren't bad and neither is doing a general ledger.
Hopefully they skip all the meaningless stuff and just teach you the interesting things.

Ah, then on the next one there's ACCT 228 and 230. Financial reports are basically all spreadsheets, but aren't that hard. Payroll is the same way.
Just have to remember what goes where and stuff like that.

So.. uhhh.. A few things I forgot..

No, Liz, I'm not in college or university. I finished High school early and then did my Pilots thing and then I started working. I wanted to get my commercial license through the Delta Connection academy or Embry Riddle... but unfortunately.. nothing I or either of my parents could figure out would qualify me or them for a loan on the $90 grand price tag... so I got depressed and decided not to try anything else. Then I had lots of jobs. But it doesen't matter anyway.. cause I've decided I really want to own my own business/farm and be a writer.

I actually require 10 - 12 hours of full sleep or I become a fire breathing dragon.. seriously, it's dangerous for other people... so I make sure I get it... but I just get it at weird times. Always different times.


I'm going to enslave Danielle... hehe haha.. and make her manage my buisiness for me one day *cackle*.


Why worry about the planes? Somewhat goes out of buisiness and someone else will spring up to take their place. Acuna Matata!
